The AntopiaUSA Manual Ant Vacuum V2 is the tool for picking up a queen ant, a worker or a whole founding group without touching them. Put the tip near the ant, pull in short pulses, and she is in the tube. A built-in mesh screen sits between the tube and you, so nothing reaches your mouth but air.
What changed in V2?
A much bigger suction tube, sized so almost every North American queen ant fits. The mesh screen is built in, and the inline filter comes already installed. It comes in red, white or black.
What is in the box?
1 Manual Ant Vacuum V2 with the inline filter already installed
1 test tube, 16 x 150 mm
About 10 inches of vinyl tubing
What does it work on?
Most North American species. Queens, workers, and founding colonies going from a catch tube into a test tube. Honeypot ants, carpenter ants and Formica spray formic acid when handled, which is why every V2 ships with the inline filter already on it. It is the same vacuum that comes in our Ultimate Beginner's Ant Keeping & Catching Kit.
Made by keepers, for keepers. Not recommended for children under 4. Made in the USA. Ships Monday through Wednesday to every US state.
