WE DO NOT DO SIGNATURE REQUIRED AS THIS CAN CAUSE MORE DELAY ISSUES.IT IS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF SHIPPING UPDATES TO MAKE SURE PACKAGE IS NOT LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS.

Shipping Practices

Ensuring the Safe Arrival of Your Ant Colony or Queen
At Antopia, we prioritize the safe delivery of your new ant colony or queen, and we have established comprehensive policies to ensure their well-being throughout the shipping process. We understand the importance of diligent planning and precautionary measures in guaranteeing a successful and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
To provide you with flexibility and convenience, we offer a range of shipping options. Our trusted partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, allowing you to choose the service that best meets your requirements. Rest assured that our team diligently works with these carriers to guarantee the safe transportation of your ant colony or queen to your designated address.
We recognize the significance of minimizing temperature fluctuations during transit, as extreme temperatures can potentially harm your ants. To address this concern, we strongly recommend purchasing an insulated box along with cold or hot packs. These items can be conveniently found in our dedicated Ant Keeping Accessories section. As an added benefit, we include these insulation materials free of charge with all overnight shipping purchases, ensuring optimal conditions for your new ants.
To ensure prompt delivery and avoid unnecessary delays, we strictly adhere to a shipping schedule that prioritizes the condition and well-being of your ants. Our shipments are dispatched on Mondays through Wednesdays for both standard and overnight shipping options. This strategic approach guarantees that your ants spend the minimal possible time in transit, reducing the potential stress associated with longer shipping periods.
In line with our commitment to delivering premier service, our policies state that if, after placing an order and agreeing to our terms and services, you subsequently order a species that cannot be shipped to your state, we reserve the right to substitute the species with a suitable alternative. The substituted species will be one that we possess all necessary permits to ship to your state - rest assured, this substitution will be made at our discretion, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
At Antopia, we take immense pride in our dedication to providing you with a seamless ant ordering experience. By upholding strict shipping protocols, offering insulation accessories, and implementing a thorough understanding of local regulations, we ensure the safe arrival of your new ant colony or queen. Trust us to deliver your ants with the utmost care and attention, allowing you to embark on a successful ant-keeping journey.
