Yes β AntopiaUSA is fully licensed, and USDA-APHIS approved for the legal sale and interstate shipment of ants. All of our species are distributed in accordance with current federal and state regulations and will include valid copies of shipping permits for your records.
If you'd like to view our current USDA permits or have compliance questions, feel free to contact us directly at antopiausa@gmail.com.
π What States Can You Ship Ants To?
Our USDA-APHIS permits allow us to ship live ants to many states across the U.S.
However, shipping eligibility varies by species, based on ecological regulations.
Please carefully review the product description for each species to see which states are approved for shipping and sales. Orders placed from states not listed for a specific species will be canceled and refunded minus a 15% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

β οΈ USDA Compliance Notice β Ant Disposal & Handling Requirements
The ants you have received were shipped by a permitted commercial supplier and are subject to strict regulations under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA-APHIS) for educational and research use only in your state. Please Follow These Guidelines:

Soak in 10% Clorox solution for at least 8 hours
