By purchasing a 30-Day or 60-Day Live Guarantee, you are protecting your queen ant or ant colony against unexpected death due to natural causes during the coverage period.

This warranty offers peace of mind and ensures your AntopiaUSA experience begins successfully.

30-Day Warranty ($14.99):

Covers natural death of queen ants or colonies within 30 days from the date of delivery.

60-Day Extended Warranty ($24.99):

Covers natural death of queen ants or colonies within 60 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty does NOT cover:

Death due to improper care or mishandling (including but not limited to dehydration, starvation, overheating, freezing, or physical trauma).

Death resulting from being left outside or in extreme temperatures (e.g., mailbox deliveries without prompt pickup).

Escapes or damage caused by improperly secured habitats.

Death due to use of unapproved housing or equipment not recommended by AntopiaUSA.

To qualify for a replacement under the warranty, the following must be provided:

A photo clearly showing the deceased queen ant or colony inside the full habitat setup.

A brief care description answering:
Date received ,Housing type, Feeding and hydration schedule .Any observed issues prior to death

All claim requests must be submitted within 24 hours of noticing the death via email to support@antopiausa.com

A replacement colony or queen will be shipped at no additional charge.

Replacements are limited to one (1) per warranty purchase.

If identical species are unavailable, a comparable alternative will be offered.
