Camponotus discolor fresh caught queens

This is a beautiful smaller species in the Camponotus genus. They are very beginner friendly and very fast growing. Beautiful red and black coloration really make these ants stand out.

Queen ant pictured may be Camponotus decipiens not discolor or vice versa. The queen ant you will receive has been ided based off collection data and by viewing on a macro lens and appears to be Camponotus discolor vs decipiens or sayi.

Camponotus discolor and decipiens although different species are nearly identical in appearance minus some hairs on the malar region in discolor not present in decipiens(most likely species in picture).
